Today was our La Push day. LaPush is home to the Quileute Nation. On the shores of the Pacific Ocean and at the mouth of the Quillayute River, this is some of the most beautiful scenery you'll ever see.
Some of the wolf boys were hanging out. They invited us in for lunch. We had grilled hamburgers, potato salad, and Emily's famous blueberry muffins. They weren't kidding in the book. Those guys can eat!
She left. He stayed and chatted with us for awhile.
In the evening, we decided to participate in the weekly Quiluete Drum Healing Circle. Usually they're held in town, but this time they were down at First Beach.
Go to the Quileute Nation website.
What is the name of the resort that offers
ocean-front cabins, whale watching, kayaking,
surfing, and participation in tribal ceremonies?
